Colombian Bead and Fiber Necklace

The Colombian artifact in the center if this piece inspired me to weave this necklace.  I actually worked in two pieces, each piece carrying some of the beads, and then wove them together at the neckline.  The fibers include silk, DMC pearle cotton and metallic threads.  I've combined brass and gold beads, along with Czech and German glass (vintage and new).  The neckpiece is 14K GF chain ( 4 strands), and the clasp is 2 large brass butterflies.

BEAD AND FIBER SUPPLIES: I sell all the supplies needed for bead and fiber weaving, including the bent tapestry needle (a must!), bank pins, and 3-ply waxed Irish linen thread.  Inquiries about stock and prices are always welcome.  Send me a SASE.

I also package yarns, 6 to 8 card, 8 yards.  Each (48 yds per card) $7.00 each (+$3.00 shipping)  Choose your color range -- blues, purples, naturals, reds, seafoam, etc.  These are just two samples.
