Mauve Gemstone Choker
I attached the rectangular mauve stone beads that I
used for the neckpiece by running GF wire thru each stone and looping the ends. I then
started the body of the necklace by attaching 20 of these beads using the two needle
method. As I added each fringe (2 to a bead), I ran the thread up thru one bead and down
thru the adjoining bead. The seed bead loops that attach the body of the necklace to the
neckpiece are actually part of the fringing. I couldnt even begin to list all the
beads that I used in the fringes but they include white gem stone beads, glass flowers and
leaves, various sizes of crystal beads, small gemstone wafers, twisted and straight bugle
beads, Czech glass beads, etc.
