Wedding Barrette
3-D loom beaded, #11 seed beads, vintage & new flowers & leaves.  As I loomed along, I added glass flowers, leaves and flower petals.  Although my daughter declined to wear this at her wedding, it has gone on to be one of my most successful pieces!

This barrette was honored with an entry into Embellishment, the International Button & Bead Show in Austin, Texas in August 1997 and the top showcase for beaded art. This piece was be on display at the show in the Gleaming Treasures Contest.
