I started making the Heirloom Amulet Bags as a way to enjoy the earrings, mostly clip-ons, that I inherited from my Grandmother and Great Grandmother. After I loom the bag, I use one earring in its entirety. I take the second earring apart, add earring pieces, vintage and new crystals, new and vintage glass beads, chain etc. to embellish the bag.
